• Certification is issued by respective awarding bodies, not directly by GSDM unless explicitly stated.

• Submission of false information may result in cancellation of admission without refund.

3. Registration & Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful fee payment and document verification.

• The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment without assigning reasons.

4. Fees & Payments

• All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise specified.

• Fees once paid are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Taxes (GST or other applicable levies) shall be charged as per government norms.

5. Training & Assessment

• Attendance requirements must be fulfilled as per course norms.

• Assessment schedules are decided by the respective assessing or certifying authority.

• Failure to appear in assessment due to personal reasons may attract re-assessment fees.

6. Placement Assistance

• Placement assistance is support-based, not a guarantee of employment.

• Final selection depends on employer requirements, candidate performance, and market conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content, course material, logos, videos, and documents are the intellectual property of the Company.

• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Delay in certification by third-party authorities

  • Technical issues beyond reasonable control

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by Indian laws.

• Courts at Hisar, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
