Refund Policy
💰 REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: February 2020
Refunds are governed by the following conditions:
1. Course Fees
Registration / processing fees are non-refundable.
If a course is cancelled by the Company, eligible fees will be refunded proportionately.
2. No Refund Scenarios
No refund shall be provided if:
The student voluntarily withdraws after batch commencement
The student is absent or discontinues training
Non-attendance in assessments due to personal reasons
Delay caused by third-party certification bodies
3. Government / Subsidy Programs
For government-funded or sponsored programs, refund rules shall be governed by respective scheme guidelines.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 15–30 working days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
