Cancellation Policy

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: February 2020


1. Student-Initiated Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing/email before batch commencement.

  • Only refundable amounts (if any) will be processed as per Refund Policy.


2. Company-Initiated Cancellation

The Company may cancel or reschedule a batch due to:

  • Insufficient enrollments

  • Trainer unavailability

  • Force majeure events (natural calamities, government orders, etc.)

In such cases, students may be offered:

  • Batch rescheduling OR

  • Eligible fee refund


3. Certification & Assessment Cancellation

  • Assessment cancellation is subject to rules of the assessing/certifying authority.

  • Re-assessment fees may apply.
