Cancellation Policy
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: February 2020
1. Student-Initiated Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing/email before batch commencement.
Only refundable amounts (if any) will be processed as per Refund Policy.
2. Company-Initiated Cancellation
The Company may cancel or reschedule a batch due to:
Insufficient enrollments
Trainer unavailability
Force majeure events (natural calamities, government orders, etc.)
In such cases, students may be offered:
Batch rescheduling OR
Eligible fee refund
3. Certification & Assessment Cancellation
Assessment cancellation is subject to rules of the assessing/certifying authority.
Re-assessment fees may apply.
